We started Palyrian because identity services needed a better model. Staffing firms sell seats. Legacy consultancies sell frameworks. Neither is accountable for whether programs actually work.

We operate like a startup: small, seasoned, and obsessed with outcomes. Clients stay because programs improve. That is the only model we are interested in building.

Why we exist

The problem is rarely the tools

Identity programs don't stall because of missing tools. They stall because ownership is unclear, teams aren't staffed for identity work, and security, IT, and the business are pulling in different directions.
