Identity has to be your thing. Senior roles need real program experience — not exposure, not adjacent work. The space is moving fast and our clients need people who already know how to run.
Client-facing by default
Everyone has client conversations at some point. You need to explain what you're doing, why, and what comes next — in plain language, to people who aren't engineers.
Works without a script
Problems don't come with answers attached. You diagnose, propose, and execute. We don't have the bandwidth for heavy management and don't operate that way.
Builds, not just delivers
We invest time in internal tools and frameworks that make future work better. If you see a cleaner way to do something, you're expected to build it.
